For these fixed prices you get a high standard of cleaning which includes the washing & wax polishing of all suitable woodwork, wall tiles, kitchen & bathroom furniture & UPVC window frames & doors. All ceilings walls will be dusted & suitable walls will be wiped down. All carpets will be vacuumed & all non-carpeted floors will be mopped.
Carpet cleaning- £25.00/room
Carpet cleaning consists of a wet extraction technique using antibacterial & deodorising chemicals.
Conservatory deep clean (including nicotine removal)- £75.00
Conservatory deep clean consists of all panels, supports & light fittings dusted down. All frames treated with specialist chemicals which liberate the ingrained nicotine & remove any lingering odours, All windows will be wiped & buffed clean. Finally all frames will be finished with a hard wax polish.
