Internal
All surfaces (including ceilings) are thoroughly dusted, then all suitable surfaces are washed down with antibacterial & deodorising chemicals. Then all woodwork, kitchen furniture, bathroom furniture & wall tiles are wax polished and buffed to a shine. The conservatory is treated to a full clean. The carpets and any upholstery present is cleaned & deodorised. Any hard floors will be either cleaned & buffed or cleaned & scrubbed depending on type. The internal window frames will be cleaned & wax polished & the internal windows will be cleaned buffed to a shine.
External
Any UPVC (window frames, cladding etc) will be chemically cleaned. Any gloss paintwork will be washed down & treated with a silicone polish & conditioner. The windows will be cleaned. The conservatory will be cleaned & polished. The paths will be swept & any litter in the gardens will be removed.
Reasonable ladder access and an external water supply may be needed.
